These questions, what will make it happen, have been answered by a lot of research before the arrival of COVID-19, but how can we be confident that those answers will remain credible after changes due to the COVID-19 conditions? This special issue of the journal is an attempt to open up the space to present answers, which will certainly differ more or less from the original answers, based on research in different countries. These answers will be a new body of knowledge that replaces the previous body of knowledge based on past conditions and it will be of great benefit and interest to scholars widely.
