University: Azerbaijan State University of EconomicsAim: Identifying changed e-commerce consumer behaviors in Azerbaijan during the pandemic is one of the primary purposes of the research. In the study, analytical methods were applied, and topic-relevant books, scientific works, articles, comments of scientists, and statistical data were collected and analyzed. To examine changed e-commerce consumer behaviors in Azerbaijan, a survey method was utilized, and survey results were analyzed via SPSS.
Topics: A newly emerged type of coronavirus observed in Wuhan, China in 2019 changed consumer behaviors; expectedly, most of those behavioral changes will turn into permanent consumer behaviors. The recent pandemic not only affected human health and healthcare systems but also rattled and altered all systems of society. The coronavirus pandemic has transformed the nature of business and has affected global e-commerce. Many changes are occurring in the e-commerce industry, affecting both the industry and the extent of competition. Individuals are supposed to spend their time at home during COVID-19 and most purchase operations are completed online.
