Aim: The principal objective of the special issue is to help field practitioners, international organizations, national agencies and policy-makers communicate best practices and lessons learned through the implementation of their programs. Many field practitioners implement projects in developing countries to address issues related to computer sciences, images analyses, medical images, machine learning, deep learning, and intelligent systems in general. There are many opportunities to learn from the outcomes of these special issue.

Welcome Message from the Organizer: WESEAS on system and control journal welcomes author submission of papers concerning any topics of computer sciences and inelegant systems. Submitted papers must be of high quality for eventual publication in the special issues proposed by the program committee” New Trends and Advances in Computer-Aided Intelligent”. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review in any other journal or conference. All papers will be peer-reviewed by the program committee based on their originality, significance, methodological soundness, and clarity of exposition.
