We can discuss special fees and discount for Special Issues provided that the papers will be of high quality and with good international diversity.
The discount is given only when there are special reasons and depends on the reputation of the organiser, the country, the international diversity and the general academic approach. A discount is not always given, but only when the administration deems it appropriate.

- The papers cannot be from the same country. Also, for reasons of International Diversity we do not wish papers from countries in case that

- The Special Issue Organizers will never be involved in the Review Process of the articles of their Special Issue
